Manas Mishra

I'm from Lucknow, and working as Product Designer at WRMS Global. I had previously worked with Vadelabs and Qwings, designing their products from scratch. Since my childhood, i have been solving problems, small or big, in the easiest way possible. With time i fell in love with problem-solving and started helping my friends, family and others in solving their problems. My passion for problem solving brought me to Customer Experience, where i realized that i would be more impactful elsewhere and decided to become a Product designer to solve user problems and design experiences that users will love to use.

I have done my Bachelor's in Information Technology and have more than an year of experience in Customer Experience management for Indiabulls Dhani where i was solving user experience problems. I learnt to show empathy toward users, understand and solve their problems. I have also worked with BYJU'S to get an insight  into the successful UX model of world's top EdTech start-up and put that knowledge in designing the EdTech product for Qwings..
